Can you provide legal advice?
As non-lawyer legal professionals, we cannot offer legal advice; which means we can not tell you what we think is in your best interest, what we think you should do, or likelihood of success if you were to go Court. However, we provide legal information, support in navigating legal procedures, Court document preparation, and other aspects of the legal process.
How are your services more affordable than hiring a lawyer?
We charge only for the services you use, without requiring an upfront retainer. Our goal is to offer high-quality legal support at a fraction of the cost of traditional legal services.
Do I need an in-person appointment, or can everything be done online?
We offer flexible options, including online booking and consultations, so you can access our services from wherever you are. In-person meetings are also available if preferred.
What happens if there is an error in my legal documents?
If an error occurs due to our mistake, we will correct it free of charge. We take pride in our work and are committed to delivering accurate and professional legal support.
Can a paralegal represent me in Court?
Yes, paralegals can act as your agent in the Alberta Court of Justice. If your matter is in the Court of King’s Bench, only a lawyer or the party themselves can speak on their own behalf.
