Our fees / Your investment

We believe in transparency. And we also know you want to know what to expect in terms of cost. Below is our schedule of fees for the different services we offer.

  • Paralegal Services for family law matters

    $150 / hr +GST

    Clients will be charged for time spent on the file, including time for meeting with clients, emails from and to clients, other parties and court personnel, telephone communication to and from clients, other parties and court personnel, document preparation, review of documentation, receipt, review and preparation of correspondence, legal research. Clients will be responsible for disbursements.

GST is applicable to the fees.

We are paralegals, not lawyers and as such will not provide legal advice. We are able to refer to you lawyers for legal advice if you are unsure what you need.

Our flat fee divorce packages

If you and your former partner have agreed to all matters and simply need the divorce documentation completed properly, we will complete your divorce package from start to finish. This fee includes initial consult and information gathering, document review of any agreements in place, drafting of documents, and signing and copying all documents.

  • Consent or Uncontested Divorce

    $1,100

    no children, no spousal support $1,050 plus g.s.t *includes filing fee at the Courthouse

  • Consent or Uncontested Divorce

    $1,380

    with children and/or spousal support $1,330 plus g.s.t. *includes filing fee at the Courthouse

  • Consent Division of Property Judgment

    $500

    (within a divorce) $500 plus g.s.t.

  • Consent Division of Property Judgment

    $900

    common law partners) $850 plus g.s.t. *includes filing fee at the Courthouse

  • Consent Interim Parenting Order

    $500

    Child Support Order or Spousal Support Order $500 plus g.s.t.
