Our fees

We understand that clarity and transparency are important when it comes to costs, so we’ve outlined our fee structure for the services we provide. This will help you know what to expect when working with us.

  • Mediation

    $265/hour

    A deposit of $850 is required from each party to confirm their commitment to the mediation process. Mediation sessions are charged at $265 per hour. The deposit helps ensure both parties are committed to resolving their matters through this collaborative process.

Government-Supported Mediation for Eligible Families

If your family has a partner earning less than $60,000 annually, you may qualify for free mediation services provided by the Government of Alberta. Ryan McDougall is an approved mediator on the Government of Alberta Roster, and you can request Ryan’s assistance for your case. For more details, please follow the provided link.
